BAPTISM
For Children: Parents must be registered, participating Catholics of our parish. Baptisms are held the first Sunday of each month. Baptisms are not celebrated during Lent. Call the parish office three weeks in advance to register for Baptism - (989)-725-5215. Parents are required to attend a Baptism preparation class (unless they have attended one at our parish in the past three years).
For Adults: The R.C.I. A. (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) begins in September and meets weekly, leading up to the reception of the Sacraments at Easter Vigil. To register for the R.C.I.A. program contact Sharon Hardenbergh - (989)-723-4765.
CONFIRMATION: Youth are confirmed in the 9th grade and are required to attend Youth Group sessions on a regular basis. Questions regarding the sacrament of Confirmation can be directed to Sharon Hardenbergh or David Kimble - (989)-723-4765.
FIRST EUCHARIST: Children are prepared to receive their First Holy Communion in the 2nd grade. They are instructed through the Elementary CCD classes which are held on Tuesday evenings from 4:10 - 5:15pm.
MATRIMONY: Couples seeking marriage should have a lived relationship with the Church. Contact the pastor to begin marriage preparations at least nine months prior to the wedding. If either party has been previously married there is a required procedure that must be followed to obtain a Declaration of Freedom to marry again in the Catholic Church.
